1. How can I place an order?

Simply browse your favorite products, select your size, and click Add to Cart. Proceed to checkout, fill in your details, and confirm your order.

We accept:

  • Debit/Credit Cards (if enabled on website)


3. How long does delivery take?

  • Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days nationwide.

  • Delivery time may vary during sales or peak seasons.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to monitor your shipment.

Yes, you can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support team.


6. What is your exchange policy?

You can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.


7. Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available according to our Refund & Exchange Policy. Shipping charges are non-refundable.


8. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/video proof. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
